Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to assist with the day-to-day running of our centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment, supporting the Centre Manager to manage the centre's operations, and creating long-lasting connections with our local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment.
- Centre Operations: Support the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
- Community Engagement: Create long-lasting connections with our local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Quality and Compliance: Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
- Qualifications: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Experience in a management or leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
- Working with Children's Check: A current Working with Children's Check.
