Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced business development professional to drive referral partnerships across our ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will connect customers with our expanding health services offering, driving sales growth and building strong partner relationships.

This role requires a commercially-minded leader who can coach peers and guide conversations that identify core customer needs. With autonomy, you will balance independent decision-making with collaboration, driving customer outcomes and long-term partner success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive referral partnerships for sales growth across channels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
  • Managing referral targets and performance, ensuring growth and engagement.
  • Implementing and overseeing referral initiatives and campaigns.
  • Designing and managing incentive programs to drive referrals and strengthen partner engagement.
  • Providing regular reporting and insights to assess performance and opportunities.

Requirements include:

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent business qualifications.
  • Experience in relationship management in the healthcare sector.
  • High computer literacy and intermediate Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong B2B and/or B2C sales/relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and driving growth outcomes.
