As a key player in the automotive aftermarket, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store and customer feedback processes. This involves effective management of electronic catalogues, ensuring accuracy through the triage of queries and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing store and customer feedback processes
  • Triage of queries to ensure optimal resolution
  • Action on queries in line with SLA's
  • Active follow-up on outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Research on store queries, including clarification of issues with stores and customers, and investigative work to recommend solutions
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders/customers
  • Management, collation, and reporting on application queries from stores
  • Interpretation of data/reports from feedback to identify broader issues requiring attention

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our catalogue team and external sources to stay updated with industry changes, technology, and catalogue data structures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Digital catalogue experience is essential
  • Advanced understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and passionate about maintaining accurate catalogue records
  • Analytical, organized, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, highlight nuances, and provide recommendations or solutions
  • Clear and concise communicator capable of building strong stakeholder relationships
