We are seeking a Store Feedback and Research Analyst to manage store feedback, triage queries, and conduct research on store queries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage store and customer feedback process
- Triage queries to ensure optimum resolution
- Actively follow up on outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research on store queries, including clarification of issues with stores and customers, and investigative work to recommend solutions
- Digital catalogue experience is essential
- Advanced understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures is an advantage
