We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the Gladstone region.

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for driving sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territory/sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the growth of existing accounts (GAP Selling)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by ensuring we meet our agreed service expectations and manage any disputes/queries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Provide sales forecasts based on knowledge of territory and market conditions (including product specific uplift via market intelligence)

The successful candidate will have experience in account management, ideally within industrial sales, and possess organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business, build rapport, and deliver great outcomes.

Requirements:

Full clean Australian Driver's license

Highly motivated, pro-active and self-starting individual

Able to succeed unsupervised

Experience with field sales is preferred
