Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our Learning & Innovation team.

The successful candidate will design and develop high-quality digital learning products that support strategic goals and deliver value to global finance professionals.

  • Design and develop engaging, learner-centric digital courses and assessments.
  • Translate complex financial services content into accessible, interactive learning experiences.
  • Apply evidence-based instructional design models to enhance engagement, retention, and behavioural change.

This role plays a key part in shaping the learning journey for CPA Program candidates and professional development participants.

About You:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions in complex environments.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Strong skills in assessment design aligned to learning outcomes and competency standards.
  • Expertise in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), H5P, and LMS platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project tracking tools.
