Dynamics 365 Functional Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes by understanding client requirements and proposing tailored solutions. You will develop comprehensive functional designs, configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific needs, and provide training sessions to ensure successful adoption.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements
  • Develop Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Perform in-depth analysis of client needs and propose solutions to address identified gaps
  • Create wireframes, process flows/maps, and presentations around system design
  • Design and implement functional solution plans that meet business, interface, and performance requirements
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM product according to client specifications
  • Deliver end-user and admin training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to facilitate effective technology adoption
  • Evaluate and refine Functional test cases based on acceptance criteria

Act as the primary point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks, and ensure timely and cost-effective implementation delivery that meets client expectations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a functional lead on end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
