Job Title: Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Specialist to join our platform team.

The successful candidate will be part of a global financial services group operating in 34 markets, with 55 years of unbroken profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Workshops and Gather Requirements: Understand staff and customer needs by conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and identifying pain points.
  • Prioritise and Define High-Value Problems: Work closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer to prioritise and define high-value problems for releases, ensuring they meet quality standards.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in our technology-driven retail bank, supporting clients to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, with financial services experience highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to break down complex problems into smaller components.
  • Proficiency in documentation, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated individual able to drive their own workflow and work asynchronously with the team across different locations and time zones.
  • Ability to juggle priorities, manage deadlines, and pick up new ideas and concepts quickly.
