Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced specialists to lead the implementation and mastery of Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance principles, knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations, and excellent communication skills.

This role involves designing and implementing Purview solutions that meet client requirements. The specialist will lead workshops to understand business needs and compliance regulations, design and define Purview solutions, and develop comprehensive data governance strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading requirements gathering workshops to understand business needs and compliance regulations.
  • Designing and defining Purview solutions, including data classification policies, retention rules, and lifecycle management.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive data governance strategies, including establishing a data catalog and business glossary.
  • Providing training and support to end-users and data stewards to ensure successful adoption.
  • Creating essential documentation like functional specifications and user guides.

Key qualifications include:

  • A strong understanding of data governance principles (metadata management, data cataloging, lineage).
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a consulting or service-oriented environment.
