Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Executive teams to develop marketing collateral and promote events.

This role is part of the Marketing division and will support during a busy period assisting with senior executive events boardroom meetings.

  • Manage Australian events program, including digital promotion invite and attendee management planning logistics
  • Implement track marketing campaigns ensuring activities follow-up meetings are tracked in CRM
  • Stay up-to-date with industry events seminars conferences networking opportunities for inclusion in the events program
  • Develop promotional strategies for events
  • Provide on-site live support at events/event recordings
  • Communicate update stakeholders across events

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing/events strong communication customer service skills as well as proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint.
