As a dedicated family support professional, you will play a pivotal role in empowering families to overcome complex challenges and achieve long-term stability.
Job Description:- Develop and implement tailored support plans that address behavioral, psychosocial, and safety needs for each family.
- Engage in regular face-to-face sessions with families to provide guidance on behavior management, trauma recovery, and parenting skills.
- Facilitate connections between families and essential community resources and services.
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation and monitor progress towards identified goals.
- Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent qualification.
- 12 months of experience supporting children and families with complex needs.
- Australian driver's license.
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check (paid employee status).
- Reliable vehicle with registration.
- Smart phone with data plan.
