The Pathways to Early Learning & Development program aims to enhance children's experience of early childhood education by tailoring family support. We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Coordinator to join this exciting role.

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs and services to support children and families in the Bundaberg community. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and contribute to the growth and development of our community-focused organisation.

In this position, you will coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of early childhood programs and activities. You will liaise with families, schools, and community partners to understand and address the unique needs of the children and families we serve.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate early childhood programs and activities
  • Liaise with families, schools, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with client and departmental databases
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of early childhood services through data analysis and feedback
  • Represent the organisation at stakeholder meetings and events

To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field. You should also have demonstrated experience working with children up to age 7 and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
