Are you looking for a role where your work makes a meaningful difference? We are seeking a passionate and driven leader to drive our People & Culture agenda at the Executive level. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will see you providing strategic and operational support across our offices in Australia, UK, and USA.

**About the Role**:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented, energetic, and innovative culture that values employee contributions. You will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the implementation of People initiatives in line with the P&C roadmap and Company objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include supporting the Executive team, building rapport and trust to enable true stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance within P&C, and leading and coaching a high-performing global P&C team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish and oversee the implementation of People initiatives in line with the P&C roadmap and Company objectives
  • Provide strategic and operational support across our offices in Australia, UK, and USA
  • Support the Executive team in achieving business objectives
  • Build rapport and trust with stakeholders to enable effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with P&C policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working in a senior HR Manager or People & Culture role leading a small team for at least 3 years
  • Experience in defining and implementing People & Culture initiatives, whilst managing operations
  • High attention to detail and ability to discern priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
