About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our award-winning People Experience team as a key member of our leadership team. As a Chief People Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering employee experiences that ensure our teams feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and enhance the employee experience
  • Provide sound advice and support across various HR generalist areas, including performance management, employee relations, onboarding, organisational culture and effectiveness, remuneration, rewards, recognition, systems, policies, processes, and procedures
  • Lead the People Consulting Team, providing coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day support to team members
What You'll Bring
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including providing clear direction, training, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day support
  • Passion for supporting stakeholders in developing a culture of high engagement and high performance
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex employee issues, including facilitating performance management processes
  • Firm grasp of HR data and metrics, with a passion for continuous improvement
