Job Overview:

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with a caseload of job seekers who have secured employment and provide ongoing support to help them succeed in their roles.

Your responsibilities will include tracking client progress, identifying areas for additional training, and facilitating referrals to relevant services as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
