Job Seeker Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Job Seeker Support Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and has excellent administrative skills, including accurate data entry and high attention to detail.

You will be working behind the scenes to ensure that all placed job seekers are supported and contacted, identifying clients who may be at risk.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring claims are made in accordance with contract requirements, identifying areas where alternative or additional training is required, and facilitating this support where appropriate.

You will also oversee a caseload of clients, tracking their progress through to their 52-week outcome.

About the Role
  • Ensure all placed job seekers are supported and contacted.
  • Identify clients who may be at risk.
  • Ensure claims are made in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support.
  • Oversee a caseload of clients, tracking through to their 52-week outcome.
