Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic project management activities to ensure timely achievement of quality outputs that meet project objectives.\
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis related to complex policy and legislative issues affecting victims of crime.\
  • Develop options and formulate advice and proposals, including drafting recommendations to government agencies related to victim support services.\
  • Prepare comprehensive discussion papers, briefs, reports, correspondence, and other documentation for different audiences.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop accessible resources and information relating to departmental work.\
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced officers.\
  • Undertake consultation with diverse stakeholders, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters affecting victims of crime.\
