Project Director for Renewable Energy Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our renewable energy projects in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical infrastructure projects and experience with battery energy storage systems.

Job Description

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, and commissioning. They will work closely with our engineering, procurement, and construction partners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or similar) or Management.
  • 10+ years' experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects such as sub-stations, wind farms, solar/PV farms, gas-based power plants, power stations, other utility-scale power, data center projects.
  • 2+ years of BESS or PV project experience, preferred.
  • PMP certification, preferred.
  • Experience in permitting/planning processes with local authorities and stakeholders.
