Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Provide information on local area attractions, activities, and services, helping guests make the most of their vacation
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling department-related paperwork and utilizing communication equipment

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will be:

  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area

  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
