Your enthusiasm and passion for customer service will shine through in every interaction, making our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities, helping guests make the most of their vacation
  • Manage front desk operations, including completing paperwork and using communication equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Opera) is a plus
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
