Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist Opportunity
Job Description- We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join our dynamic team at Logan Hospital.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced antenatal care and high-quality clinical services to women and families across our region.
- Deliver expert management of complex maternal and fetal conditions, including advanced diagnostic imaging and invasive procedures.
- Provide comprehensive counselling and antenatal management for high-risk pregnancies.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside sonographers, midwives, registrars, and paediatric subspecialists.
- Fellowship of RANZCOG (or equivalent), with specialist registration in Obstetrics & Gynecology and subspecialty expertise in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnostic ultrasound, invasive procedures, and antenatal management of high-risk pregnancies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to counsel patients and support families.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, teaching and mentoring junior staff.
