About Us

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team.

In this role, you will assist with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving, help develop maintenance strategies and procedures, support and deliver SIB (Sustain in Business) projects to improve equipment performance, work alongside site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams, contribute to operational support across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • √ Assist with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving
  • √ Help develop maintenance strategies and procedures
  • √ Support and deliver SIB (Sustain in Business) projects to improve equipment performance
  • √ Work alongside site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams
  • √ Contribute to operational support across multiple sites
About You

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability, solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles, strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license (site travel required), a proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills, confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders across teams, familiarity with SAP is a bonus but not required.

Requirements:
  • √ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability
  • √ Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles
  • √ Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • √ Valid driver's license (site travel required)
  • √ Proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills
  • √ Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders across teams
  • √ Familiarity with SAP is a bonus but not required
