Job Overview

The role of Lead Test and Evaluation is to spearhead a multifaceted team in securing a leading position in the T&E market in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture Strategy Development: Develop and approve the capture strategy, defining win strategies, value propositions and partnership models that maximise competitive advantage and align with customer mission outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with senior management and provide support and insight to drive long-term outcomes, in-year orders and order intake pipeline growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a direct and virtual team to deliver timely and successful results.
  • Influencing Customer Requirements: Influence customer requirements, procurement strategies and acquisition approaches to align with company capabilities and strategic objectives.
  • Order Intake Management: Deliver the order intake and order intake pipeline in accordance with the campaign objectives, focusing on both short and long-term objectives, building sustainable revenue and profit.
  • Strategic Opportunity Capture: Secure a substantial and leading role for the organisation in T&E in Australia.
  • Competitive Assessment: Conduct thorough competitive assessments and develop counter-strategies to position the organisation for success.
