Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and completing reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to other stores as required.
