Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to provide operational leadership to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, leading and coordinating a multi-skilled administrational team to deliver an efficient, effective, compassionate, respectful and reliable administrative service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing, leading and coordinating the Administrational Team to achieve high outcomes for participants
- Providing coaching and using quality principles to achieve continuous improvement and compliance with procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated productivity including initiative, good problem solving skills, judgement and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, compassionate & able to work collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent training
- Experience in leading an Admin team to achieve high outcomes for participants
