Job Description:
- Role Overview
The Orange Door provides a visible contact point for people experiencing family violence and child safety concerns. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating the response to incoming referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team - Allocate duties and provide supervision to practitioners - Consult with colleagues on complex cases
Requirements- Qualification or experience in line with specialist family violence practitioner requirements - Leadership experience in family violence or related sector - Strong understanding of feminist frameworks and direct service practice - Ability to manage competing demands and lead by example
