Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an analyst with strong technical skills and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare management reports for senior leadership and monthly financial reporting and analysis for programs
  • Preparation of budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Support financial systems transformation, including implementation and integration with other platforms
  • Provide high-quality reporting, variance analysis, and insights for decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, translating complex financial information for non-finance audiences

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualified or working towards
  • Minimum 5 years experience in finance, in an analyst role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
  • Experience in reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience in the not-for-profit sector, including fund/grant reporting
  • Demonstrated experience using excel and business intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
