The role of a Senior Administrative Professional is to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and senior leadership. This involves performing diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative tasks, including comprehending and responding to complex correspondence internally and externally.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide extensive calendar management, requiring interaction with internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate complex meetings.">
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate parties promptly and efficiently.">
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, set up and coordinate meetings and conferences, including room bookings and refreshments as required.">
- Compose correspondence, create and modify documents/presentations using Microsoft Office.">
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.">
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations for executive management as needed.">
- Prepare T&E claims in line with company policy.">

- Held a similar position and can demonstrate an understanding of the role and responsibilities.">
- Strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple changing and conflicting priorities.">
- High energy, mature with positive and can-do attitude.">
- Able to record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting, audio typing skill is a must.">
- Flexibility on working hours.">
- Experience in managing email/written communications.">
- Previous work in an Investment Bank environment would be an advantage.">
- Has financial industry knowledge.">
- Strong English verbal and written skills.">
- Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).">
