About The Role- Deliver engaging, theory-based learning experiences in both group and one-on-one settings, tailored to individual needs and capacities.
- Support participants through their employment journey with empathy, professionalism, and a strengths-based approach, fostering growth and empowerment.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation and reporting related to Employment Assistance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Capture, record, and communicate participant progress in a timely manner, using clear and concise language.
- Foster a collaborative working style that reflects the organization's values and purpose, building strong relationships with stakeholders and enhancing service delivery.
- Develop and maintain inclusive opportunities for participants, leveraging facilitation skills to tailor content to diverse learners.
- Experience supporting people with disabilities, preferably in employment or vocational contexts, with a focus on adaptability and creativity.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
