Team Overview

The Financial Services division operates at the intersection of our extensive consumer base, the well-known Mortgage Choice brand, and the rich property data provided by PropTrack. Our goal is to integrate these elements to drive innovation in how Australians discover and finance their properties.

The Operations team is committed to delivering exceptional support across various functions, including administration, compliance, and technical assistance. They are passionate about empowering our brokers and ensuring the seamless operation of their franchises while promoting process enhancements.

Role Overview

The Operations Transformation Team is tasked with executing comprehensive transformation initiatives across both local and international operations. We are in search of a seasoned Transformation Project Delivery Lead to spearhead critical projects within our transformation agenda. This role is essential for facilitating change, refining processes, and meeting strategic goals through adept project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of transformation projects, including identification, benefits analysis, scope definition, setup, stream management, and transition to business-as-usual.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your project or stream, gaining a deep understanding of the current and desired states and the necessary steps to bridge the gap.
  • Establish and facilitate streams, conduct stream meetings, steering committee meetings, and manage outcomes through a matrixed approach involving stakeholders beyond the project team.
  • Ensure projects are on track and within budget while adhering to quality standards and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage best practices and technological advancements to propose and implement strategies for process automation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations that convey project analyses, productivity metrics, and success indicators to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to assess the impact of process changes, monitor operations, and proactively address risks.
  • Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and make informed recommendations that drive project success and enhance business performance.
  • Deliver project status updates, findings, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
