About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing customized programs and services that help our customers reduce water and energy consumption, improve product quality, enhance profitability, and conserve natural resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with existing clients by understanding their key business drivers and developing water-related solutions unique to their environment.
  • Visit customer sites across regional NSW to understand their processes and work closely with our technical support team to develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop solutions that have lasting impacts on improving production processes for customers and significantly reducing the Total Cost of Ownership while enhancing the continuity of production.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as chemical, mechanical, industrial, or a trade (electrical preferred).
  • Working knowledge or interest in water treatment systems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with others, including senior-level customers.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
