Rehabilitation Specialist

We deliver high-quality rehabilitation services across various initiatives, including federal and state-based Workers Compensations, Motor Accident Schemes, and Life Insurance.

Our team supports individuals of all ages, stages, and situations through various programs, focusing on recovery and function to get clients back to work and life.

This is a unique opportunity as we are the only rehabilitation service provider for Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact on our military's well-being and readiness to defend Australia.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals' journeys from rehabilitation to healing. This involves conducting assessments, collaborating with stakeholders, and working across ADF and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with employees who have suffered injuries, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
  • Support veterans and current ADF members across local bases
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration with relevant professional associations
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across teams
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate
