Job Title: Employment Coach
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for case management of up to 80 customers with a prior offender history, finding them employment.
Your primary focus will be on improving customers' capacity to work by stabilising non-vocational issues and building vocational skills and experience.
You will undertake 'reverse marketing' of customers to suitable employers and group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for recruitment, working with those in need, meeting individual targets, and contributing to a strong site team.
This Role is Being Offeredon a full-time, ongoing basis and will be based at Midland.
About You- Demonstrate a passion and drive for helping people find employment;
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with diverse customers, employers, and staff;
- Able to assess, match, and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and advocate directly to employers;
- Achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs;
- Demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM;
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, data entry, and typing skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook experience;
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
- Previous experience in the employment services or call centre industry or similar will be highly regarded.
