  • We support people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work by applying clinical reasoning skills to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Taking a holistic approach, we work within multidisciplinary teams to help individuals recover and return to their roles.
  • We perform various assessments to determine the best course of action for each client, including functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments and ergonomic assessments.
  • Collaborating with clients, employers and medical specialists, we develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • We also have opportunities for professional growth and development, allowing you to broaden your skills and expertise.

Our diverse client base includes transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and professional services industries.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant industry body
  • Tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic, psychology or rehabilitation counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • A passion for helping people rehabilitate and recover from injury
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly desirable
