Job Overview

Veterinary clinics require efficient IT systems to deliver exceptional patient care.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless system transitions, upgrades, and daily operations by providing high-quality IT support.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and business applications with minimal disruption to clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to clinics, addressing hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with the Hypercare team on system migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate when necessary while maintaining ownership of customer experience.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to enhance support efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support role.
  • Substantial expertise with Microsoft 365 products, Windows Desktop & Server, and Active Directory.
  • Strong networking knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Experience with telephony (on-premise and hosted) and service ticket systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.
  • A valid right to work in Australia.
