Requirements

  • Trade qualified Commis Chef with background in a hotel kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
