About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Worker to join our specialist team in regional NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering case support to individuals with complex needs, developing holistic and sustainable case plans, and meeting the outcomes required of the program and the individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in building their capacity to live an ordinary life, helping them to make informed choices, enhance their living skills, and gain access to mainstream services.
  • Develop and implement case plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to case support.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their overall wellbeing and resilience.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in community service, preferably in a similar or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • High-level understanding of the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness and disadvantage.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Current drivers license and willingness to travel to meet with clients.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $49.28, plus 14.5% superannuation.
  • Salary packaging options up to $15,900 per FBT year, with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per FBT year.
