We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Young, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing return to work case management services to ex-defence personnel, ensuring smooth transitions back into the workforce.

• Complete return to work case management of ex-defence personnel
• Provide holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments
• Liaise and collaborate with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse, Registered Psychologist, ESSA membership as an Exercise Physiologist or ASORC registration as Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
• 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
• Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
• Criminal check
