Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of our business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
- Manage complex employee complaints and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Contribute to the analysis of exit survey data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Employee Development Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and development opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR services.
