About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, responding to inquiries, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the Director, ensuring smooth communication and effective time management.
  • Assist in the administration of committees, including minute-taking and action follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring smooth itineraries and effective use of resources.
  • Maintain a detailed daily calendar and prioritize correspondence and files to ensure timely completion of tasks.

We are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in administrative support. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Key Criteria:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, coupled with exceptional written and verbal abilities.
  • Proven experience in providing confidential administrative support, including minute-taking and agenda preparation for committees.
  • High-level organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside excellent keyboard skills.
