
Employee Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our dynamic people team as a Coordinator of Employee Experience. As a key member of the administration team, you will provide support with various administrative tasks, contract generation, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the central inbox for all HR enquiries
- Collaborate closely with People Partners to create contracts and other documents as required
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records within our HR system
- Support new hires during the onboarding process and assist with the offboarding process for departing employees
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and reference checks as necessary
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Possesses at least 1 year of experience working within a Human Resources function
- Displays high levels of organization, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys taking initiative, being proactive, and suggesting ideas for improvement
- Familiarity with HR or recruitment systems is advantageous
- Holds a degree in Human Resources, a related field, or possesses relevant experience
- Willingness to travel to our headquarters and commit to full-time hours
