Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new account applications and onboard new clients efficiently.
  • Update and configure existing accounts according to internal requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to internal queries relating to account management.
  • Engage with clients via email to address incoming application inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative processes and procedures.
