Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of select high-impact projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of project management, including change management, from initial discovery and scoping through to successful delivery.

Your role will encompass project management, change management, budget and resource planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance. You will work closely with our team to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, budgets, and risks, while securing necessary approvals and engaging third-party providers as needed.

You will regularly report on project progress to stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Change Management, or alternate relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in project management, with an understanding of project management and change management principles.
  • Highly developed communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Advanced analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to be resourceful and use initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, support team understanding of project objectives, and encourage accountability among team members.
