">We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist at Yooralla, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disabilities.
">About You
">To be successful in this role, you will have:
">- ">
- a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology;">
- experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model;">
- the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families;">
- good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage people with a disability;">
- an Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.">
Your Key Responsibilities
">You will be responsible for delivering therapy in various settings, including client homes, educational settings, and the community. Your key responsibilities will include:

- delivering evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disabilities;">
- working collaboratively with other health professionals to achieve client goals;">
- communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.">

">The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. The location of the role is in southern suburbs of Melbourne. Appointment is subject to pre-employment checks, including the NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children's Check, and Reference Checks.
