Dynamic Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support our administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for customer service.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including calendar management, sales support, and business reporting. They will also be involved in managing our fleet of vehicles and maintaining an up-to-date asset register for all equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Operations Management team.
- Assist with managing the Queensland fleet of 55 vehicles.
- Support the team in maintaining an up-to-date asset register for all equipment in Queensland.
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange repairs and ensure efficient servicing for fleet and equipment.
- Provide customer service support for the rug wash business, including greeting customers, providing pricing and quotations, and general customer service.
- Answer phone calls and handle general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong accuracy in processing data and ability to work within a team environment.
