This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing a team of gaming professionals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Electronic Gaming team to achieve operational goals.
- Manage rosters, monitor stock levels and work within set parameters.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Foster a positive guest experience through proactive service and problem resolution.
