About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Origin Energy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residential customers via phone and email, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
