About this role

Qualitas is a leading Australian alternative real estate investment manager specialising in real estate private credit and equity.

This role contributes to maximising risk-adjusted returns across equity, preferred equity, and structured subordinated credit investments.

The position spans the entire real estate investment spectrum including investment analysis, transaction execution, and asset/project management ensuring effective portfolio performance at both transaction and strategic levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support senior deal team members with transaction analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution of equity and structured subordinated credit investments.
  • Prepare risk assessments, investment committee papers, and term sheets including conducting independent market analysis.
  • Implement review and update investment business plans for equity investments.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance commerce construction real estate or legal disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in finance legal or professional consulting preferably within investment banking private equity corporate banking treasury advisory or investment management with exposure to real assets.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel-based cashflow analysis skills.
