As part of Montera Real Estate, you will have the opportunity to acquire valuable skills in listing and selling real estate within a professional and enjoyable work environment. This dynamic role offers daily challenges that will push you to become an exceptional agent. Possession of a valid Agents Representative Certificate is mandatory.

As a Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling Houses
  • Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
  • Prospecting (letterbox drops, cold calling, door knocking)
  • Vendor reports
  • Communicating and providing instructions to VA's, reception and customer care team
  • Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
  • Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries
  • Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins
  • Buyer management
  • All open for inspections & private viewing
  • Organising photographer appointments/schedule
  • Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlement
  • Understanding real estate legislation
  • Assist in the signing of REIV documentation
  • Responsible for key handling
  • Attend all required property auctions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Possession of a Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Strong personal presentation
  • High levels of motivation, punctuality and reliability
  • Career-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills
