Expert Real Estate Investment Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping property investment strategies and driving ambitious growth plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of potential real estate investments, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial models.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Perform market research to inform investment strategy, focusing on demographic, economic, and property-specific trends.
  • Evaluate asset performance, conduct portfolio reviews, and suggest value-enhancement strategies.
  • Support due diligence processes, including reviewing leases, operating expenses, and legal documentation.
  • Monitor existing investments, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and producing periodic performance reports.
  • Collaborate with acquisition, asset management, legal, and finance teams to execute transactions smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CFA designation is an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of investment principles, real estate valuation methods, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
